WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
All new color and extension clients require a consultation PRIOR to booking any services. The pricing, timing, and maintenance is subject to change should you: 1) alter your hair in any way, shape, or form in between your consultation and your appointment, or 2) allow more than 12 weeks to go between scheduling your appointment after your consultation. After this period, you may be required to come in for an updated consultation at the stylist’s discretion.
Due to limited space, only the person being serviced is permitted in the studio during their appointment time. Any additional persons will be asked to wait in the lounge area of the building, or in their vehicle.
Please communicate if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late. If you are either: 10 minutes late or more without communication, or 15 minutes late or more with communication, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment if your service no longer fits into the allotted time.
