Service Description

REQUIRED FOR ALL FIRST-TIME COLOR AND/OR EXTENSION CLIENTS. A 30-minute appointment where we discuss your hair goals, pricing, timing, and maintenance. this appointment provides us an opportunity to get to know one another, while also ensuring the client and stylist are both comfortable and knowledgeable to move forward with services. PLEASE FILL OUT NEW CLIENT INTAKE FORM PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. This appointment MUST be booked before booking a service, and CANNOT be scheduled the same day as your desired service. CONSULTATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be charged a $50 fee. Any services cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the service total. If you allow your appointment to pass without notification, this will be considered a “no-show” and the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged.
